Upon arrival

When you arrive at Urban Escape use the front door off Riverfront Drive. You can park on the side of the building on either side of the street or you can park in the back parking lot. When entering you’ll immediately experience a sense of comfort. We designed our space to feel like home so feel free to walk in, sit, and relax. Arriving to your appointment a bit early will allow you time to enjoy a complimentary beverage and snack.

Consultation

We believe that the consultation process is the most important part of our service. You have to know where you’re headed to know how to get there which is why we take the time to listen. We don’t want to just know what you want; we want to understand what you need, what would make you smile ear to ear and feel like a million bucks!

As professionals, we will direct your journey with realistic expectations. We will plan all services according to your timeframe, budget, and hair health as well as suggest a maintenance schedule and how to style when your at home. The Experience

Once we have a detailed plan for your new look we will get to work with formulating your custom cut and/or color. Every stage of your service will be thoughtfully planned and executed according to your desired result.
